  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations.
  • Assure currency and completeness of mechanics and compliance surrounding trust administration.
  • Monitor fiduciary activity and establish appropriate risk management procedures.
  • May prepare compliance related reports and manage reporting for fiduciary and brokerage functions.
  • Assist clients in matters related to trust and probate functions.
  • Administers trusts, guardianships, estates, and agency agreements.
  • Prepares court accountings, files tax returns and pays taxes, plans/directs personal and real property sales.
  • Client service contact in a variety of roles including customer meetings, interface with legal counsel and accountants, paying bills, power of attorney, etc.
  • Administer trust income and ensure that principal is collected, distributed, and/or reinvested according to terms of the ruling document and company policy.
  • Works with co-fiduciaries in handling of accounts, where appropriate.
  • Works with investment officers to develop and implement investment policies, statements, and portfolios.May prepare and present management reporting information for Trust Administration Committee.
  • Manage personal trust and probate relationships including trusts, guardianships, estates, and agency agreements.
Skills Needed
  • Presentation skills critical to call on, and communicate with, prospective clients.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
