Job Summary We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Developer who excels in creating user-centered designs and responsive front-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, and a strong background in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. This role requires proficiency in front-end development, responsive design, and collaboration with UX designers and back-end developers. A passion for optimizing user experiences and guiding design processes will be key to success. Key Responsibilities • Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications. • Convert Figma/Sketch mockups into responsive, high-performance web pages. • Develop and implement responsive front-end solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. • Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability. • Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback. • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure designs are user-friendly and aligned with the overall product vision. • Maintain and evolve reusable UI components and design systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, to integrate UI components with application logic. • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and front-end technologies. • Guide and mentor junior designers and developers when required. Required Qualifications • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for creating wireframes and prototypes. • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). • Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or custom CSS styling. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. • Experience with mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility. • Familiarity with tools like Sass, LESS, or other CSS preprocessors. • Proficiency in using version control systems like Git. • Experience with usability testing and tools like Hotjar or Google Analytics for user behavior analysis. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in mentoring or leading design teams. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Location: New York City, NY (Locals only) Education: Bachelors Degree
