We are looking to hire a UX Designer for a Financial Services client. Our focus is on the future of trading experience, using design thinking to ideate, iterate, implement and deliver the very best in class web-based platform for both existing customers, and those new to trading.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Undergraduate qualification - User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia, HCI, Communications or equivalent degree preferred
- Online portfolio or work samples demonstrating a variety of user-centred design solutions – with proven experience of delivering high quality design across large scale, data driven digital experiences.
- Experience in designing Trading or Banking front ends and data intensive screens
- Proficiency in a variety of prototyping and design tools e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe suite
- 8+ years of UX experience in user-centred design methods and techniques to create viable solutions across screen sizes and devices
- Development and implementation of design systems, brand guidelines and standards
- Fluency in best practices for user experience design, and strong understanding of usability principles and techniques
- Strong conceptual thinking with an ability to understand user needs, motivations and behaviours and translate them into actionable deliverables.
