Senior User Experience Designer/UI/UX Developer Location: Ohio or Delaware (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Candidate Preference: Local to Ohio or Delaware, or nearby areas Work Authorization: W2 Candidates only Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Extensive UX Experience: 7+ years of proven expertise in user experience design or related roles.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively within design teams and cross-functionally with product managers and engineers.
- Advanced Design Skills: Expertise in Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design, and Information Architecture. Intermediate skills in User Research, UX Writing, and Prototyping.
- Technical Understanding: Strong technical literacy, including an in-depth understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the overall technology stack's impact on user experience.
- Innovative & Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop exceptional user experiences that surpass expectations, drive innovation, and create compelling north star visions.
- System-Level Thinking: Familiarity with system-level thinking and its application in design.
- Executive Communication: Comfortable and confident presenting work and ideas to executive stakeholders.

- Accessibility & Inclusion: A champion for Accessibility Guidelines and Inclusive Design practices.
- Proven Success: Track record of leading design work on successful digital products, showcasing user- and human-centered design approaches.
- Front-End Familiarity: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React, and mobile UI standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate on the design of user-centered experiences for digital products.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business goals and technical feasibility.
- Present design concepts and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders, including executives.
- Stay current on UX design trends and advocate for best practices.
