In this role, you will lead design for product teams working on new solutions for everyday workers. As our UX Designer, you directly impact and ensure the team builds valuable tools that our customers love.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will use your entire range of user experience design and visual design skills to create valuable solutions. You'll use your keen curiosity to gather information to untangle customer problems and understand that tapping into your team can provide the best outcomes. You see the value in collaboration and savor thought experimentation and iteration in the design process.
To thrive in this role, you should have experience creating reusable user interface components. Integrity, resilience, and creativity are must-haves in this job. As with any role in UX design, you will have challenges that should inspire you to create something better, not weigh you down.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $61,800.00 - $165,330.00 / Year
