Job Description:

We're looking for someone who has strong initiative and organization skills to help with UX research & analytics, including: - Be our Pendo expert - maximize ROI from the tool - Mapping, analyzing, and reporting actionable insights on the engagement levels of our platform - Building and managing guides, reporting on engagement, revising strategies to maximize value & engagement - Creating, deploying, and reporting the results of UX surveys (also helping to select a survey tool) - You're at the forefront of technological innovation. You know all the latest prototyping tools and research techniques - Plan, prepare, conduct, synthesis and report user research and testing initiatives - Supporting designers on research initiatives - prepping collateral & boards, helping to craft agendas and questions, analyzing and reporting results, leading or note taking in interviews, etc. -Carry our day to day design tasks, such as conceptual design, wireframing high-fidelity design and developer handover. Required Skills & Experience: - 5 years of industry experience - Experience leading research and testing initiatives, with examples to back it up - BA or equivalent in communication and design (e.g. graphic design, web design, photography, filmmaking) - Competent in Figma - Competent and able to onboard other to 3rd party user-testing tools - Strong portfolio of previous work (personal or client-based) - Self-motivated - Good communicator - English: advanced/ (C1). Desirable Skills & Experience: - Basic knowledge of HTML - Understanding of user-centric design methodologies - Graphic design experience. Who you are: - A senior member of the team - Passionate about what they do, know the right approach to take, synthesize the results, share out insights - Comfortable presenting concepts to groups, work with designers. To be successful, a candidate would need to have a passion for and demonstrated experience in this area - this isn't a designer role. Also the candidate would need to be able to get up to speed on projects and add value very quickly - this is not a situation where we can have someone go off for a couple months to run a formal usability study - things are moving too fast for that.
