AT A GLANCE RVO Health is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Corporate Development with deep expertise in the Health industry to play a pivotal role in defining and accelerating the company's growth trajectory, with a focus on both existing and new business models. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing, planning and leading execution of a multi-year strategy, as well as sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions that align with the company's strategic objectives. This role will report directly to our Chief Executive Officer and be a critical member of our Senior Leadership team.Where You'll Be To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule in our Fort Mill, SC, New York City, NY, or Minneapolis, MN offices. What You'll Do
  • Lead the design and iteration of corporate strategy and business development, ensuring strategic alignment across the organization.
  • Spearhead long-term value creation through portfolio optimization.
  • Develop a clear acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and enhances its global growth plans.
  • Identify potential acquisition targets, including startups, early-growth-stage healthcare companies, and enterprise corporations.
  • Bolster an acquisitive-mindset in the organization, drive decision-making throughout deal process and make recommendations to Senior Leadership Team and Board
  • Lead due-diligence efforts on potential acquisitions, ensuring thorough evaluation of strategic fit, financial metrics and operational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the strategic and financial implications of potential acquisitions.
  • Negotiate deal terms and collaborate with legal counsel to finalize acquisition agreements.
  • Lead post-acquisition integration efforts to ensure business continuity and value realization.
  • Represent RVOH both internally and externally and develop strong relationships with business partners, industry peers, and potential acquisition targets.
  • Present corporate and acquisition strategy and progress to senior leadership and board members.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years' experience in a strategic role within the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of market trends, business models, and competitive landscape.
  • Success in driving the end-to-end process of creating and operationalizing strategies for business growth.
  • Proven experience in evaluating, negotiating, and closing acquisition deals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess company valuations and conduct financial analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Preferred Experience in digital health, with a keen understanding of its impact on service delivery and customer experience.
  • Preferred Prior experience in private equity or a high-growth healthcare company with an active acquisition strategy.
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Starting Salary:$205,000- $270,000 plus stock options and bonus *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
