****Average salary is $151,040.00 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****

****This position is based in Texas and offers remote capabilities for individuals living in or around the Brownwood area.****

The Senior Vice President (SVP) of 2INgage role with Texas Family Initiative, LLC is a senior leadership position responsible for managing and guiding a key program in collaboration with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). The role focuses on providing quality services to children in foster care, as well as recruiting and training foster/adoptive families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the 2INgage program, ensuring alignment with the mission and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with the CEO, providing necessary information for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee fiscal management, ensuring adherence to the budget and maintaining a positive financial standing.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to sustain and enhance the program's success and mission.
  • Enhance the program's image through community engagement and collaboration with civic and private organizations.
  • Administer daily program operations, ensuring effective management practices.
  • Hire, retain, and develop competent staff to support program goals.
  • Participate in off-site meetings, training, and business engagements, with travel requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a human services-related field.
  • Five or more years of senior leadership experience in a nonprofit setting.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards for driving on business trips.
