Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety, service, and cost targets are met in the warehouse
- Develop and lead warehouse managers and associates
- Create and maintain a safety-first culture
- Optimize production flow processes and identify cost reduction strategies
- Oversee operational data, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain warehouse and equipment compliance with OSHA requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervision experience
- Broad knowledge of warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, and HACCP
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
