We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Wastewater Engineer with a strong background in pump station design and wastewater/stormwater hydraulic systems to join our headquarters team in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, including quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), procurement, and design. This role also requires skills in developing client relationships, proposal writing, and securing project funding. Key Responsibilities Pump Station Design: Lead the design and implementation of pump stations, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Hydraulic Systems: Design and analyze water/wastewater/stormwater hydraulic systems to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements. Project Management: Oversee project lifecycle from inception to completion, including QA/QC, procurement, and design phases. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Proposal Writing: Prepare detailed and competitive proposals to secure new projects and funding opportunities.
