Insight Global is seeking multiple Senior Engineering Managers (Web) to join one of their top financial clients in New York City. This individual will be part of the Web Engineering team, and will be responsible for leading a team of web engineers focused on the constant development and improvement of their web application portfolio used by millions of consumers across the globe. This person will be leading anywhere from 4-8 strong independent engineers, responsible for building development plans and driving team direction. We are seeking someone from a strong web and front end focused development background that has grown into a people leader (React preferred). This person should have a very sharp eye for design and development best practices, and while they will not fully focus on hands on coding, they will provide guidance and leadership to new products. and manage code reviews and overall direction.
Compensation:
$110K (starting base salary) to $190K+ per year annual salary.
