The Senior Well-being Specialist will provide full-time, on-site support to coordinate and develop well-being and health-related programs, presentations, employee-facing online wellness web portal, and outgoing marketing efforts. The Senior Well-being Specialist will lead program design, implementation, evaluation, and customer support. Tasks will include the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs including but not limited to chronic condition management and incentive programs, relationships with well-being vendors, and the strategic oversight of an on-site fitness center.As a Senior Well Being Specialist, you will: •Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of wellness programs tailored to meet employee needs and organizational goals.•Develop and facilitate onsite and virtual health and wellness offerings and events, such as Lunch and Learns, workshops, and other events and programs•Provide oversight of the onsite fitness center, growing membership, developing programming to meet the needs of employees, and supporting system-wide wellness initiatives.•Evaluate risk stratification to identify prevalent health risks and manage program opportunities for intervention among health plan participants.•Support Condition of Employment (COE) initiatives, including flu vaccinations and fit testing, to ensure compliance and promote employee health.•Aggregate, analyze, and present comprehensive reports based on employee data and program participation metrics.•Design, implement, and maintain an online wellness portal to provide resources, tools, and information to employees.•Manage relationships with internal and external contractors and vendors, ensuring alignment with program goals and quality standards.•Performs other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications include:•Ability to work independently•Strong creative and technical skills•Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly•Technically savvy - able to learn new on-and offline-based systems, software, and technical programs easily•Experience with social media marketing strategies•Ability to coordinate multiple projects independently or in a team-oriented environment•Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects•Excellent customer service skills•Excellent telephone/speaking/communication skills; tact and positive demeanor•Excellent writing and proofreading skills•Excellent critical thinking skills•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse clientele•Must demonstrate a commitment to teamwork•Willingness and ability to be flexible with schedule to meet program needs•Ability to become proficient in multiple online databases and technical programs•Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, or related field required ••Master's degree preferred•Minimum 3 years relevant work experience including individual/population behavior change management, health coaching, program development, health promotion, or related area.
