Location: Dallas,TX, USA
The Senior HCM Business Analyst will lead the implementation and optimization of Workday as the primary Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role is crucial in managing the transition from the current system solutions to Workday, ensuring that the system meets facility/client's needs while enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience.
Will collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and operational leaders, to drive successful project execution and system adoption.
Location: Dallas, TX (*On-site to begin with potential to become hybrid as the implementation evolves)
Tentative Start: 01/13/2025
Duration: January 2025 - October 2025, further extension possible
Shift Notes: Days, 40 hours/week
Qualifications:
Workday HCM, Core and/or Recruiting certified - preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in implementation and/or end-to-end enhancements, preferably with Workday or other HRIS implementation.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs
Familiarity with PeopleSoft preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, Information Technology or related field
