Assist guests with luggage, parking arrangements, and directional information within the resort and local area.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Escort guests and deliver luggage to/from their room.
- Deliver mail, packages, luggage, and other materials to guests. Ensure that the special requests of the guests are properly handled.
- Maintain a professional appearance, and positive upbeat attitude, being highly in tune to guest questions and needs.
- Respond to guest inquiries; communicate resort facilities and amenities. Upsell and suggest the use of the hotels outlets and services.
- Assume responsibility for safe and correct care and usage of all vehicles and equipment used or assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness of front entrance of hotel, bell desk, and luggage storage room
- Handle the delivery and pick up of the overnight bus group luggage in an efficient and timely manner which includes printing the bus rooming lists and tracking luggage/guest count
- Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and present a positive, professional demeanor and image at all times.

- Contact with guests to provide excellent service that reflects the high standards of the casino and resort.
- Contact with team members and management for communicating day-to-day operational needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous work experience that includes customer service responsibilities.
- Must be able to pass a background check to meet the employment eligibility requirements as they pertain to the position.
Desired Qualifications:
License, Certification, or Special Requirements:
- Native American preference shall apply to all positions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of guest service in the hotel industry.
- Knowledge of city, surrounding area, and points of interest.
- Skill in guest service, including providing timely service.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional guest service.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions.
- Ability to present oneself in a professional manner.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with transporting luggage or other items.
- Required to stand for long periods of time.
- Frequent walking throughout the resort.
- Use arms and hands; reaches above and below shoulder level.
- Frequent lifting, bending, and stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Frequent walking and standing in a smoking environment and contact with the general public.
- Must possess sufficient stamina to work under all types of weather conditions including extreme hot/cold and to lift, carry, push, or pull a variety of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Extended hours or irregular shifts may be required.
