Please apply here: Enter the job title and location and apply!Position Overview:As a Server Assistant, you will support the restaurant team by assisting servers and ensuring smooth operations during meal service. You will help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, deliver food and beverages to tables, and provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience for our guests.Essential Job Functions:
  • Table Setup: Assist with setting up tables for meal service, including arranging utensils, napkins, and other dining essentials.
  • Beverage Service: Assist servers in delivering beverages to tables, refilling water glasses, and assisting with beverage orders as needed.
  • Food Delivery: Help servers in delivering food orders to tables promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
  • Clearing Tables: Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils between courses and after guests have finished their meals, maintaining a clean and tidy dining environment.
  • Assisting Guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, providing assistance with menu questions, special requests, or additional items needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication and teamwork during meal service.
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Stocking Supplies: Assist in restocking supplies such as napkins, condiments, and beverage stations to ensure availability throughout the meal service.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
