- Clearing, cleaning and resetting of tables in the dining room as well as cleaning and clearing the surrounding dining area
- Polishing and rolling silverware
- Pouring initial water for service and assisting the service team in refilling water glasses
- Sweeping / mopping and cleaning spills on an as needed basis
- Assist Front Servers with running side work tasks
- Prepare for service. This includes but is not limited to preparing drink stations, stocking all beverage areas, and cleaning where needed
- Maintain effective communication between the Chef team and the Front Server team
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current food and drink menu
- Assist with special events as needed
- Have full knowledge of the Atlanta Botanical Gardens including operating times, location of special features, and special events
Requirements
- Excellent oral communication skills required
- Positive interpersonal skills required
- Must speak English and be able to write in basic English
- Follow the Personal Appearance guidelines
- Schedule may include evenings, holidays and weekends
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent walking, standing - lifting (up to 25 pounds)
