Bistro 107 offers California cuisine with a one-of-a-kind menu, blending classic dishes with modern flavors, using locally sourced, fresh ingredients for guests to pair with our stellar selection of award-winning wines. Located on a charming historic patio surrounded by hundred year old trees, Bistro 107 and Wine Bar 107 offer a unique outdoor dining experience Thursday - Monday. What the Server Assistant does!
As a wine bar server assistant, you'll support the Wine Bar team with excellent hospitality service to each of our guests. Working at our historic site between Friday and Sunday, the day-to-day may include:
- Supporting servers with setting up tables, delivering and describing food items, and bussing
- Stocking service station areas
- Preparing and stocking wine glasses, water glasses, and other prepared items for service
- Assisting with wine bottles purchases and orders
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of work area and workstations
Requirements:
As a Server Assistant, you will bring:
- Hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Proactive and positive team player that follows policies and procedures
- Someone who is comfortable wearing different hats
- Professional appearance
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Weekend and holiday availability required (Friday-Sunday)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, lift, grab and bend throughout the duration of each shift. Frequent use of stairs and ramp and occasional kneeling, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work outdoors in all-weather conditions for the duration of the shift
