Casey J's Tavern is a member of Serenitee Restaurant Group and we are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve drinks and food items in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of bar supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:- Proven experience as a Server and Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and food menu items
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a Tips certification
