- Sell food and beverages to bar guests in a friendly, timely and responsible manner.
- Work from verbal and written instructions
- Mix, prepare and serve drink orders, using standard recipe's.
- Practice responsible alcohol service: monitor alcohol consumption and age requirements.
- Operate cash POS system. Accept payment provide change.
- Presents menu, actively sells and suggests menu items, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
- Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
- Assists in the service of food and beverage to tables, pre-bussing functions and the set-up / takedown of buffet table.
- Request stock and check bar to monitor stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar, station, and guest areas throughout the shift and at the end of the night.
- Monitor equipment and beverage systems.
- Promotes upcoming and special events to guests.
- Prepare bar top for next shift.
- Use POS System, calculator and common cleaning supplies.
- Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Must be 21 years of age to pour alcohol
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Frequently be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stack weight up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Basset certification
- Food Handler certification
- Safety shoes
- Must be able to work evening shifts (3pm-11pm) and Friday-Sundays.
