* Adhere to patrons needs in a timely manner
* Attain exceptional knowledge on both food and beverage menus
* Maintain safety of guests by monitoring alcohol consumption and checking for proper identification
* Ensuring compliance with all food and beverage regulations
* Establish rapport with new and regular customers
* Collaborating with bar and kitchen staff to effectively and efficiently provide quality customer service
* Following all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols
**Required Qualifications**:
