Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, operate cash registers, help maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned stand while providing quality guest service.

**Minimum Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner

* Answer questions, ensure quality service and resolve complaints for guests

* Take and fill food and beverage orders from guests

* Monitor and manage alcohol sales and consumption consistent with Pennsylvania Liquor Laws, including checking proper identification for the minimum age requirement of 21 years to purchase alcohol

* Take proper payment and make change for food and beverage items using a cash register

* Notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders

* Squeegee floors, wipe off counters, sweep, empty trash and complete other general cleaning duties

* Maintain proper stock levels for all serving, kitchen, dining and condiment areas are stocked with supplies; alert Supervisor to supply shortages

* Must use personal protective equipment (PPE) in food preparation and cleanup procedures. This includes cut gloves, oven mitts, fryer gloves and eye protection

* Ensure product temperature controls are met and maintained for quality and safety

* Follow all Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture regulations

* Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions

* Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision

* Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs

* Meets Cedar Fair's attendance requirements as outlined in Cedar Fair's attendance policies

* Adheres to Cedar Fair's Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures

* Other duties may be assigned
