Specializing in seafood, prime rib and all you can eat crab legs, we're looking for people motivated to get the job done right and have fun doing it! Summary of PositionHammered Crab is looking for competent Restaurant Servers to take orders and deliver them to our guests, maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. A Hammered Crab server will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards. The goal is to accelerate Hammered Crab development by providing customers with a memorable experience.Responsibilities
- Servers must attend tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Present menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Promote dedication from customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
- Stand for long periods of time
- Basic computer knowledge
- Food Handling experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with a team
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco and drug free work place.
