Server
- Guides the guest through the dining experience by helping with selection of food and beverage.
- Enhances each guests' experience by suggesting courses, specialties ad features
- Has a strong knowledge of menu items and preparations
- Takes orders of guests both in house and over the phone and conveys to the bar and/or kitchen
- Prompt delivery of food and drink to each guest
- Handles guest's cash/credit transactions correctly and efficiently
- Communicates well with other servers, kitchen staff, and all management throughout shift
- Maintains presentation and cleanliness of dining room and bar
- Prepares before, during and after shift with various side works.
- Adheres to sanitation, safety, and alcohol policies put forth by management and the state
