Come work at Riverton Pointe Golf & Country Club!We are looking for servers who want to make great money and have fun while serving our guests.The Servers are integral to the guest experience and provide food & beverage services to the guests of the property. The server will be processing ordersand serving food & beverage items to customers, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:* 1-2 years of food service experience* Minimum education: High School (or equivalent) Diploma* A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining* Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law* Possesses excellent customer service skills* Must be dependable* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment* Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills* Must be able to work in a team environmentResponsibilities:* Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section* Taking customers' food and drink orders* Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders* Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock* Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly* Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant* Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events* Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations* Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.* This position is expected to be around 25-35 hours per week* Depending on the week, a server can make anywhere from $22 - $45 per hour (including hourly + gratuity).* Our property is generally closed on Monday's - open for special events.
