Servers Wanted! Looking for awesome servers who know how to bring great hospitality and create a cozy dining experience for our guests at Aldo's! Aldo's is a family-owned business that's been a part of Washington, MO for over 50 years. Tony, Aldo's youngest son, is now carrying on the family recipes for everyone to enjoy. What You'll Be Doing: Welcoming guests and showing them to their tables. Getting diners seated and handing out menus. Getting familiar with the menu and drinks to help guests with any questions. Mixing and serving drinks when needed. Bringing out food orders from the kitchen to the tables. Clearing tables of dishes and glassware when guests are done. Handling checks and payments after meals. Suggesting additional items when appropriate. Assisting with cleaning, restocking, and keeping the dining area tidy. What We're Looking For: Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Keeping a clean and neat uniform. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Good verbal communication and memory skills. Staying calm, especially in busy or challenging situations. Available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
