**Work Location:** The Garden at Ellera || 12432 Bee Caves Rd, Bee Cave, TX 78738

**Working days:** Tuesday - Sunday, Day/Night shifts available

The Garden at Ellera is truly a space to experience community in a beautiful outdoor setting! Come spend time among the lush greenery while enjoying craft beers, a full bar and New England bites in a space inspired by The Boston Public Gardens. Gather with friends and family to play games on the lawn, enjoy live music, and engage in seasonal events. **Your Impact:**

* Assisting the guests with name, descriptions, origins, and ingredients of each food and drink items and recommending when appropriate

* Patient and friendly, with demonstrated experience in problem solving

* Maintain high hospitality standards throughout your whole shift

* Uphold the company's Guiding Principles

* If needed, take back place settings to the dishwashing area

* Learn the menu and continually educate yourself on specials

* Handle complaints with patience and grace

* Deliver checks and accept payments

* Adhere to food, sanitary and safety standards

* Following procedures

* Ensure opening and closing tasks are complete and is the setup for success

* Help run food, when necessary

**What were looking for:**

* Minimum of 1 year proven restaurant experience

* Registered Food Handlers Certificate is required

* Valid TABC Certificate is required

* Must bring positivity with you to all shifts

* Outstanding people skills

* Ability to build relationships with colleagues and guests and ensure mutual satisfaction

* Ability to work well in team environment

* Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts

* Must be punctual, self-motivated, and prepared for shifts

* Must have reliable source of transportation to and from shifts

* Ability to be productive and effective in both busy and slow times

* Ability to be on feet for long periods of time

* Must maintain high standards of personal grooming and attire, including uniforms, hair, shoes, and cleanliness

* Ability to work well under intense time pressure

* Excellent emotional control in fast-paced environments
