Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food/beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food and accepting payment
* Inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked
* Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance dining experience
* Address guest concerns and inform manager
* Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
Qualifications and Skills
* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
* Previous Server or restaurant experience preferred
* Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
* English language and professional communications skills are required
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
* Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Physical Demands
* Mobility required during the entire shift
* Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
* Consistently operates registers (Point of Sales System)
