The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed as follows:Cultivates a warm and hospitable environment by making personal connections with residents and guests and treating all with professionalism and respect. Takes and delivers food orders in a timely manner. Busses and resets tables per company standards. Cleans and maintains the dining room and bistro to the highest standards per company guidelines. Completes required side work as assigned. Attends pre-meal meeting to gain knowledge of the meal. Has knowledge of menu items and can provide general descriptions. Assists residents with menu selections and responds professionally to questions about menu items.
