We are seeking a morning server with open availability Monday to Sunday and can work every other weekend, 4 to 5 hours daily, 25 to 35 hours weekly. OR, a morning server who can work a scheduled week of Wednesday to Sunday weekly, 4 to 5 hours daily, 25 to 35 hours weekly.
What You'll Do:
* Serve with a Smile: Welcome residents with a warm and friendly attitude!
* Personalized Service: Get to know our residents and their food preferences. Make sure they get the meal they love! Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure special dietary requests are accommodated.
* Table TLC: Set up and clear dining tables, making sure they look inviting and clean. It's all about creating a cozy dining atmosphere.
* Chat and Connect: Engage in friendly conversations with our residents. Share a laugh, listen to their stories, and brighten their day.
What You Bring:
* Education: We're looking for a high school grad or equivalent.
* Cheerful Personality: An infectiously friendly personality.
* People Skills: Patience and a heart full of care for our senior residents.
* Experiences: Some experience in serving or a related field
Working Conditions: Servers often work on their feet, interacting closely with residents whole serving meals and maintain a clean dining environment. This role involved adhering to food safety and sanitation guideline to ensure residents' well-being. While it can be physical demanding, it offers the opportunity for meaningful interactions and the satisfaction of providing quality service to senior residents.
Physical Demands: Servers will need to stand and walk frequently, carry trays and supplies, bend, reach, lift, and more. This role requires mobility and physical fitness to provide efficient service to residents.
