- Greet and seat guests
- Provide fast, fun and friendly service to guests while creating an at-home environment
- Take food orders accurately and deliver orders in a timely manner
- Understand when something isn't quite right and be able to fix the problem for the customer
- Elevate concerns to management appropriately
