Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Provide excellent guest service by engaging the guest, describing food/beverage, taking orders, efficiently delivering food and accepting payment* Inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions and make suggestions when asked* Use up-selling techniques with every guest to enhance dining experience* Address guest concerns and inform manager* Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safeQualifications and Skills* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age* Previous Server or restaurant experience preferred* Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required* English language and professional communications skills are required* Ability to work in a team environment* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment* Available to work evenings, weekends and holidaysPhysical Demands* Mobility required during the entire shift* Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length* Consistently operates registers (Point of Sales System)We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
