POSITION SUMMARY:

We're looking for a dedicated Server who is personable, precise, and hardworking to join our team. As a Server, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on our guests by providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate menu knowledge
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Ensure accuracy in taking orders from guests
• Deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Anticipate guests' needs, promptly address any issues or concerns, and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience.
• Work as a team with all other staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of providing outstanding hospitality.
• Able to become familiar with the menu and ingredients and make informed recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
• Able to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management and work collaboratively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to accurately take orders, input them into the POS system, and ensure prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages.
• Capable of anticipating guest needs, handling any issues or concerns professionally, and adapting to changing situations while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Hourly Wage: $7.98 + tips
