ServerPart TimePocono Mountain Villas by Exploria ResortsResponsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance to the restaurant
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food and beverages
- Take food and beverage orders with accuracy
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff
- Ensure expedient service of food and beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service and check in frequently with guests to ensure 100% satisfaction
- Host/Hostess duties may be part of your work week/weekend.
- May be asked to help with other duties within the restaurant.
- Process orders accurately into the POS system
- Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times and willingness to help
- Handle guest concerns with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible to work holidays, evenings and weekends
Physical Limitations/Demands:
- Ability to speak and hear.
- Constant standing with some walking.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50lbs.
- Continue use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
