Yellowstone Club's Food & Beverage department is currently seeking candidates for a Food Server for the upcoming winter season! Our winter employment dates are December to April.
Responsibilities Include:
* Take and serve food and beverage orders
* Know the F&B sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table
* Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation
* Present menus, assist, and guide members and guests to select food and/or beverages
* Maintain a clean, organized dining room and work station
* Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership
* Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service throughout the course of the meal
Position Requirements:
* Six (6) months of restaurant service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
* Applicant must complete a pre-employment background check.
* The employee is frequently required to lift up to 40 pounds (i.e. plates, trays, buffet equipment, tables, and chairs).
The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana.
