As a Service Department Administrator, you would be responsible for providing support to internal and external customers in a professional manner by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; and maintaining databases. Additional responsibilities include billing, ordering, and directing calls to their appropriate departments.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

* Maintaining the service call center by answering phones, entering service cases into SIS and transferring customer calls to the appropriate department or team.

* Process service expense and mission billing using SAP, SIS, and CERTIFY

* Maintain Service Admin Mailbox, respond to customer or team requests.

* Maintain customer information in SAP and SIS up to date and correct, resolve issues with incorrect data.

* Enter purchase orders in SAP for tools and/or special needs for the different teams supported by technical service.

* Issue purchase orders to suppliers as necessary.

* Provide customers with quotes for onsite support.

* Special projects, which include PPT presentations and Excel spread sheets

* Assist with Project Management Department billing as necessary.

* Enter Preventative Maintenance contract details into SIS, Maintain data up to date.

* Assist Application department if needed

* Handling of application requests and reports

* LAC material shipping and receiving

* Customer quotes and invoicing

* Assist Training department if needed

* Receive leads for service and training opportunities

* work with internal resources and/or Business Development Manager to identify training courses and offer contracts/solutions to the customers

* handling customer quotes, class registration and course overview documentation

* Up to 10% travel as needed

Education & Experience

* Two-year Associates Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of training and experience

* Minimum of 3 years previous experience in the office administration and customer service

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent organizational skills

* SAP experience required

* Microsoft Office; Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
