Woerth Motor Co is seeking a Service Advisor / Assistant Manager who is passionate about customer service and excels at managing the overall customer experience. This role requires an individual with strong active listening skills to understand customer needs, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the service process. The Service Advisor / Assistant Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, representing the organization with professionalism and maintaining clear, proactive communication to enhance customer satisfaction. In addition to managing the customer experience, the ideal candidate for the Service Advisor / Assistant Manager role will be able to regulate workflow through the service shop, coordinate the daily service schedule, provide accurate job estimates, and order parts as needed to meet service demands. Exceptional planning and organizational capabilities are fundamental for maintaining an efficient and productive operation.
