RequirementsDuties:
- Assist customer in ascertaining their automotive needs and advising them of repair options while assisting customer with any questions or concerns through the invoice process.
- Consult with customer on applicable service specials.
- Gather and decode customer information to effectively and accurately relay concerns to technicians.
- Document services declined and advise customer of current and future needs to their vehicle.
- Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times.
- Maintain excellent CSI scores through constant communication with customers during and after service visits to satisfy all customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with the customers.
Requirements:- Previous experience as a Service Writer preferred or automotive experience.- Strong communication and customer service skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills- Proficient computer skills for creating work orders and maintaining records- Valid driver's license and clean driving record- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background checkNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
