Job Description:
Henson Chevrolet of Madisonville, TX is looking for a Service Advisor to take great care of our customers.Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent computer skills & ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Excellent organization and follow up skills are required
  • The ability to follow department procedures and policies
  • 1 year of customer service experience or service advisor experience preferred
  • Driver's License required
  • Pass drug and background screen required
Service Advisor ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for positively communicating with customers, initiating and processing requests for repair services, and keeping customers updated on work progress.
  • Greet service department customers enthusiastically, courteously and promptly
  • Listen to each customer and clearly articulate repair needs to techs
  • Recommend other needed or recommended services with low pressure and high integrity
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair/maintenance costs
  • Adhere to dealership policies on customer vehicle care and operation
  • Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
  • Make sure that all work is complete
  • Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
  • Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints
  • Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
Service Advisor Compensation
  • Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
