As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair journey.Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their vehicle service requirements and concerns.
- Offer recommendations and advice on necessary repairs and maintenance based on vehicle inspections and customer feedback.
- Provide accurate estimates and cost breakdowns for repairs, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers.
- Coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their service requests and any additional issues discovered during inspections.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and strive to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role as a Service Advisor or in automotive service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to customers and colleagues.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repairs is beneficial.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn software applications related to the automotive industry.
