BECOMING AN SERVICE ADVISOR

We offer a salary of $45,000 - $65,000/year and fantastic benefits and perks such as:

As a Service Advisor, you oversee our service department, optimize profitability, and do what you can to ensure top customer satisfaction. Motivated to deliver the best service possible and encourage repeat business, you skillfully coordinate agricultural equipment repairs and uphold high-quality standards. You process work orders, monitor MST usage, and motivate your technicians to do their best. Your mission is to drive ROI and maximize our profitability while delivering exceptional customer service and constructive leadership! You also maintain our assets and keep our facility looking its best.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 3+ years of experience with John Deere service department operations
  • Working knowledge of standard job pricing, commission-based compensation, and basic service department financial principles
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
  • Team spirit and ability to motivate others
  • Computer proficiency, working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and ability to lift 50 pounds
