Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Almartin Volvo Cars Service Department is only open Monday - Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vermont: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
- Answering phone calls and properly representing the dealership to customers (and vendors) in a professional manner
- Handles telephone inquiries regarding scheduling appointments and work in process
- Provide administrative support to other office staff and dealership departments with filing, organizing, and various tasks as needed
- Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards
Service Advisor Requirements:
- Fantastic Customer Service and communication skills

- Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant
