Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:- Responding to inquiries about services, pricing, repair timelines, and billing adjustments- Promoting and selling the company's services, while assessing customer needs and offering alternative solutions- Coordinating activities with various internal departments to ensure they meet their customers' needs seamlessly- Utilizing your diverse military experience to excel in this roleWhat they are looking for:- Great communication skills- Excellent customer service skills- Business Minded individual- Ability to multi-task- An individual ready to work in a fast-paced environment- Experience with administrative work- Experience with working on Microsoft office and other computer systems.Locations: Matawan, NJ, Cranberry, PA, and Fleetwood, PA Base salary, with a 401k w/ 3% match.
