Effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians. Duties include greeting customers and helping them determine repairs and relevant costs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the range of services available and contacting customers to update them about their vehicles repair status..Benefits

Service Advisor

• Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.
• Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
• Document services declined and ask for follow-up on future service considerations.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
• Remain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience
• Build strong relationships with the customers
• Other duties as assigned

Service Advisor

• Service Advisor Experience Required
• An energetic, upbeat, engaging attitude
• CDK Experience is a plus!
• Must have a professional appearance, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
