Description

The Service Advisor assists Honda Associates in scheduling automotive appointments, confirming completion of work, and reviewing repairs on motor vehicles.

Job type: Full-time

Location: Marysville, Ohio

Essential Job Functions:

* Schedule company and client owned vehicles for services and repairs

* Advise customers on cost for routine service items and repairs

* Book, close and sell service repair orders

* Daily cash management

* Data entry for warranty claims to American Honda

* Maintain data in web-based systems for company vehicles

* Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs

* Effectively communication with customers

* Provide, foster and encourage daily teamwork and collaboration

* Provide and ensure positive and effective customer relations

* Engage in daily team communication to ensure parts are ordered for repair and proper expectations are set

Position Requirements:

* Must have valid drivers license

* Experience with CDK or AS400 a plus

* Ability to read and understand basic charts and diagrams

* Must have good communication and customer service skills

* Computer experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc.)

* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

* Must wear steel toed shoes

Lifting Requirements 5-25 lbs

Schedule:

* 8 hour shift

* Day shift

* Monday to Friday
