Our Parts and Service are one cohesive Department and work very well together. Our Department is extremely busy, and our shop never runs out of work. Since our shop is much larger than current staff, Techs have 2 lifts each, and we are actively hiring more Technicians. Responsibilities
  • Assist Fixed Operations Manager in day-to-day operations including scheduling and distribution of work for technicians. Utilize Service Scheduler and other tools as required to generate and manage work orders.
  • Use manufacturer flat rate guides and Standard Service Operation (SSO) to determine the time allotted for repairs and follow up on timely completion.
  • Insure that the Complaint, Cause and Correction of each problem are noted in the work order.
  • Answer Incoming calls in a professional manner, returning all customer calls prior to the close of business each day.
  • Inspect quality of work performed as required, prior to delivery to customer if needed.
  • Finalize and invoice work orders.
  • Track and maintain service program compliance within GM
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Dealership experience preferred
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a huge plus
  • Reynolds & Reynolds system knowledge a plus
