Laurel Toyota is seeking a qualified, experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with daily Service Operations. This opportunity is for a forward thinking, professional, career minded, goal-oriented person. Candidate should have a proven success record of maintaining customer satisfaction under the KPI guidelines.
Essential Functions:
* Understand how to properly open, complete, and close Repair Orders following the OEM requirements with the 3 C's .
* Proper use and understanding of labor operations and flat rate coding
* Excellent communication skills, in person and via phone. Keeping customer informed throughout the entire service.
* Understand the coverage of service the customer might have that will impact their responsibility.
* Work with OEM certifications and required training.
* Work with Service Manager to reach monthly sales goals.
* Communicate with technicians professionally.
* Stay up to date with the jobs assigned to the technician and communicate with customer with any changes, suggestions, and charges.
* Excellent customer service history maintaining OEM customer service index.
* Must be a highly detailed oriented, ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
* Collect payment in full when vehicle is picked up or delivered to customer.
* Stay current with staff through skilled use of appropriate computer system and other essential daily operations.
