Description Key Cars Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor/Writer. As a part of the Key Cars Auto Group Family, you'll have the opportunity to work with a renowned automotive brand and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service experiences to our valued customers.Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Write-up repair orders
- Suggest regularly scheduled maintenance
- Dispatch work to a designated team of technicians
- Communicate results of the multi-point inspection to customers
- Obtain necessary customer/warranty work approvals
- Create estimates and share with customers
- Recommend and sell additional services
- Follow up individually with customers post-service
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a service-oriented role within the automotive industry is required
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in utilizing computer software and applications relevant to service management.
- Sound knowledge of service department operations, including maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
