Responsibilities:
- Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records
- Reviews work performed and confirms all concerns were recognized and cashes out invoice
- Ensures that all facets of the work order is complete and full concerning parts installed and labor billed correctly
- Processes payments after service advisor has submitted claims
Requirements:
- One year professional Customer Service Experience.
- Proficiency with computers, mobile applications and technology.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers.
Additional Preferred skills:
- Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor and a working knowledge of automobiles.
- Prior automobile sales experience
- Prior automobile technician experience
- A certification through the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence
- Retail experience.
- Experience with any Toyota facility will be a plus
- Toyota certifications will be a plus
