Job Title: Bilingual Service Advocate
Location: Addison, TX
Pay: $18 - $21/hr BOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9a-6p or 10a-7p
Job Description:
Field incoming calls from members, clients, and providers, providing clear explanations of member benefits, product offerings, and assistance in locating providers.
Manage all incoming communications and proactively make outbound calls to ensure outstanding service at all times.
Strive to achieve and sustain a monitoring score of 90% or higher.
Resolve Level 1 issues within a 24-hour period.
Requirements:
Call Center experience is required
2-3 years stability in previous roles is required
High School Diploma or GED
Candidate will display a strong passion and ability for delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external parties
Ensure consistent schedule adherence, including arrival to work, punctuality returning from breaks/lunches, and departing from work as scheduled
Strong follow-through skills
Extraordinary time management and organizational skills
