Job Summary
AMAROK's Customer CARE department is responsible for the overall daily customer experience while creating and following up on routines and processes. As a Care Representative you will play a key role in customer satisfaction and retention by providing superior customer support to AMAROK's internal and external customers. Applying candidates must be able to type at least 60-80 WPM and demonstrate proficiency navigating through Microsoft Suite. This is a Monday-Friday position working 11am - 8pm shift.

Compensation Range: $23 - $24 per hour. (starting wage is determined based on your experience, knowledge, skillset, education, and competitive market data).
